Casey's Snack Shack specializes in corporate events, employee appreciation, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, late night snacks at weddings, birthday parties, as well as a limited number of public events and festivals.
Whether you are craving a cheesesteak, cheese burger or a crispy chicken sandwich, this truck has you covered.
Private Parties & Corporate Events
We will bring our food truck to your corporate party, private party, birthday party, graduation party or just lunch at your office.
For just $15 per person your guests can choose an entree from the menu. They will also receive waffle fries and a drink. If you have over 100 guest we suggest limiting the menu to 3 entrée choices.
There is a $750 minimum on Monday through Thursday events. $1000 minimum Friday through Sunday. You get the food truck for 2 hours. Additional hours are at $100 per hour.
Travel charge: We travel to anywhere in Stark County at no charge, Each county line we cross is $50

We will bring our food truck to your public event like farmer's markets, craft shows, car shows or animal shows.

Casey's Snack Shack Owners
Casey & Ariana White are the hard working owners. Casey started the company in 2015. Casey & Ariana fell in love in 2019 and married in December of 2021. They are happy to have started a family in June of 2022.
Casey's Concessions LLC was formed in July of 2015. World of Subs was their first concession trailer traveling Ohio county fairs and festivals. Expansion happened each year with numerous concession trailers. Casey's Cheesesteaks, Casey's Kabobs, Casey's Edible Cookie Dough, and Rosie's Nachos. Eventually we expanded our cookie dough business into the Belden Village Mall for some time. Casey's Snack Shack was our first food truck to serve Stark County and surrounding areas. Casey's Snack Shack is their only unit that operates all year long.
Casey & Ariana's Rosie's Nachos Food Trailer was featured in 4 episodes of Carnival Eats, seasons 10 & 11.
Future plans: Casey & Ariana purchased a retired fire truck from Canal Fulton. The plans are to start "Engine 5 Food Truck" for Stark County and surrounding areas birthday parties. Engine 5 Food Truck will specialize in 10 different gourmet burgers.
