Casey’s Snack Shack Food Truck is offering up some great comfort food classics. You'll find all your old favorites amped up with new flavors. From many styles of burgers to that classic feel-good fare like a cheesesteak sandwich, this Canton Ohio based business is going for gold with homey, soul-warming fare. Feel like Mexican? Go for some steak or chicken street tacos if you want to double down on the decadence. Or, if you prefer, sink your teeth into a bacon habanero crispy chicken sandwich. Love French fries? Try them tossed with truffle oil and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
So if you’re looking to treat your guests at your next event, booking Casey’s Snack Shack is the best way to start. Casey will bring the truck, the phenomenal food and the friendly service, and all you’ll have to worry about is nothing!

Private Parties & Corporate Events Catering
We will bring our food truck to your corporate party, private party, birthday party, graduation party or just lunch at your office.
For just $15 per person your guests can choose an entree from the menu. They will also receive waffle fries and a drink. If you have over 100 guest we suggest limiting the menu to 3 entrée choices.
There is a $750 minimum on Monday through Thursday events. $1000 minimum Friday through Sunday. You get the food truck for 2 hours. Additional hours are at $100 per hour.
Travel charge: We travel to anywhere in Stark County at no charge, Each county line we cross is $50

Casey's Concessions Owners
Casey & Ariana White are the hard working owners. Casey started the company in 2015. Casey & Ariana fell in love in 2019 and married in December of 2021 and now have two children.
Casey's Concessions LLC was formed in July of 2015. Casey started traveling Ohio county fairs and festivals with two novelty tents selling hats and light up novelty items. He then branched out into the food business. World of Subs was their first concession trailer. Expansion happened each year with numerous concession trailers. Casey's Cheesesteaks, Casey's Kabobs, Casey's Edible Cookie Dough, and Rosie's Nachos. Eventually they expanded the cookie dough business into the Belden Village Mall for some time. Casey's Snack Shack was the first food truck to serve Stark County and surrounding areas.
In fall of 2024 they purchased another food truck called Rosie’s Rolling Grille to take after the theme of Rosie’s Nachos. Rosies’s Rolling Grille is one of the largest food trucks in the state equipped with the top commercial kitchen equipment you can get. The new food truck can accommodate for hundreds of meals served in a short period of time.
Casey’s Concessions has been featured on national television and many news outlets. Here are a few: The Cooking Channel’s Carnivals Eats featuring Rosie’s Nachos on 4 episodes on seasons 10 & 11. The Palm Beach Post, Tampa Bay Times, CBS News, Fox News 13 Tampa, The Canton Repository, Massillon Independent, Tampa Magazine, Medina Gazette and many more.
Future plans: Casey & Ariana purchased a retired fire truck from Canal Fulton. The plans are to start "Engine 5 Food Truck" for Stark County and surrounding areas birthday parties. Expect to see Engine 5 Food Truck traveling Stark County in the near future.
